Summary

So I have tried various custom parameter scripts to create passive skills for flat stat boosts. Everytime, the skill has been created e.c.t. but when the actor learns the skill, they get no stat bonuses.  The only time it worked was when I made it an active and they used it on themselves (making it no longer passive) and it could be spammed to give them infinite of that stat anyway. Has anyone got any idea what I am doing wrong?

Its not the first script I have tried, but this is the one I am currently trying to get to work.

I know its to do with states and I tried to link a state with it but it didn't work either.

Edit: Nevermind, been confusing myself by reading them too much, sorted the issue
