Summary

Hi guys, is it possible to have the Windowskin of only the Title Command Menu appear in borderless semi-transparent black (or dark grey) with a well defined gradient (black-to-fully-transparent) at the bottom and top just like seen in the Spoiler tag below? I want to be able to do this to my VX ACE games. It's purely cosmetic, but I'm looking for a style like that as it can highly improve RPG Maker Titlescreens and make it look more modern and up-to-date instead of using the default RM box graphic....
