Hi there!  I'm FirstEd and I'm new to these forums so forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong place.

I have a bit of customization I want to do on my RPG but I can't figure it out and was looking for help.  I've attached a graphic that'll, hopefully, visually explain what I'd like to achieve.  So, getting to it, my desire is this...

I'd like to have the 'followers' in the party follow at a greater distance than normal.  Instead of each character in the party following from immediately behind the proceeding character, I'd like them to follow from one square behind.

I accomplished this effect in a test by just creating a character and turning off the graphics for that character and inserting that character in the number 2 marching order (between 1 and 3).  However, obviously that's only a visual fix and I'd like something a bit more functional.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
