Summary
I am using Yanfly's Ace Core Engine (https://yanflychannel.wordpress.com/rmvxa/core-scripts/ace-core-engine/) and Galv's Animated battlers (http://galvs-scripts.com/2013/05/04/animated-battlers/) I was wondering if I can have this happen in my game: When a certain skill is selected, a short animation occurs showing the character preparing an attack. I imagine the image sliding from the right, waiting on screen for a few seconds, and sliding to the left. The animations of the battlers should be paused while this pre-skill animation plays out. I know how to make the images, I just need a script to make this...

I was wondering if I can have this happen in my game:

I know how to make the images, I just need a script to make this process easier. Thanks!
BONUS: Maybe allow animations to play out on top of the image?
Reference is from tales of vesperia, I kinda imagine it to look like that.
