my characters keep going invisible [added pictures]

Summary
when i start a scene my characters are invisible until the player talks to them or an event starts and makes them talk. after that they go back to being invisible..... [the characters are events so that didnt make sense sorry] -is any othe rpgmaker vx ace users having this problem......

i never had this problem with the lite version
i mean sometimes they would be invisible [only occationally] but not like this
here are the screenshots of my characters event pages [note: i didnt capture both of them cause mostly the first event page is short sort of]
[note that i know the name of the file is strange but i named it that so it would be easier to keep track of]
sorry about the size i dont know if i could make it bigger or not
