Delete skill type window in the skill menu

There is a bug if you use it with VisuStella's Skill States Core plugins, I'm trying to solve it, but it will take some time because Visu plugins are "encrypted"?, and I can't add the skill attributtes window, but it still removes that part of the menu window, even with that problem, there should be no mechanic bugs.
