[@Kupotepo]I do not much just bring here and do a little translation, thank you for Kannazuki Sasuke create this plugin.

You can set the footsteps (SE, interval steps), but it has the feature that you can make various settings as follows.
1. Different default footsteps can be set for each character (player, each event)
　→ This allows different footsteps to be set for lightweight and heavy characters.
2. Different default footsteps can be set for each region
　→ This allows different footsteps to be set for each location, such as "normal ground", "grass", and "snowfield".
3. Both characters and regions can be set.
　→ This allows
　different footstep settings for "lightweight character walks in the snowfield", "heavy character walks in the snowfield", "lightweight character walks in the grass", and "heavy character walks in the grass"
. You can set it for each map if you want,

but the setting method is a little difficult.
1. Default footsteps and ON / OFF common to players and events are set by parameters
2. Map default settings (eg footsteps of regions common to characters) are set in the map memo
3. Default and region-dependent for each event in which the footsteps of the event are made in the note tag of the event
(if there is no notation in the note tag, the default footstep setting is OFF)
4. For settings other than the above (SE file name, footstep ON / OFF),
