Description:
Allows you to force a preemptive, surprise, or normal battle. Also allows you to run a Common Event when a preemptive or surprise battle starts.

For instance, you can have a picture appear on screen if you get the Upper Hand due to a preemptive battle,


Plugin Command:
Use the Plugin Command "Force Preemptive Surprise" just before starting a Battle.
- Preemptive: Forces the battle to be Preemptive, giving your party a free turn.
- Surprise: Forces the battle to be a Surprise, giving the enemy troop a free turn.
- Neither: Forces the battle to be neither Preemptive or a Surprise.
