How long do downloads stay available?

Availability depends on the product and the download permissions attached to your order.

What to do

• Open Downloads.
• Check the product row for a remaining-download or expiry message.
• Download and store your purchased file while access is available.
• Ask support with the order number if the page shows an unexpected expiry.
