Where is my receipt?

The order confirmation email is your emailed receipt, and the order page keeps the same purchase details in your account.

What to do

• Check the inbox and Spam/Junk folder for the email used at checkout.
• Open Orders and select the order.
• Confirm the billing email on the order is correct.
• Contact support with the order number if you need help locating it.
