How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation depends on the current order status and whether fulfillment or download access has already started.

What to do

• Open Orders and select the order.
• Use a cancel button only if the order page provides one.
• Otherwise, contact support immediately with the order number and reason.
• Do not open or download a digital item while asking to cancel it.

Good to know: Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Read the Return Policy for the applicable terms.
