Summary

Right now I'm having an issue with a certain tile set (A.M's car tiles in particular) They show up fine over certain tiles, the transparency shows up correctly and everything, but when I then use it over the modern day road tiles, the transparent part comes up as a yellowy brown colour, but only for this tile it would seem. I'll post a screenshot to show my issue, is it an issue with the modern day set? or the cars/my settings for the whole thing? Any help would be incredibly...
