Hello there, I am new to Rpg Maker VX Ace. So far, I have been able to fix problems I have found but, I have become stumped. I'm sorry if these are obvious fixes but, I just confused.

The first issue is a text that wont stop repeating. 

Character wakes up from a night mare, shows text, ends text, but, it repeats every time I go back to the room

or repeats over and over as I move, I have tried a number of combinations to figure out what I'm doing wrong but, I'm not sure. I've tried break loops and erase event in several combinations, but it doesn't work. 

Fadeout BGM: 10 sec.

Set Weather Effects: None, @0, Wait

Stop SE

Fadeout BGS: % sec.

Tint Screen: (0,0,0,0), @60, Wait

Text:

       :.....huff....huff....

Text:

     :......another bad dream.....

Text: 

       : Well todays the day better go find Marie.

       :I think she is at the back of the house.

Exit Event Processing

The other problem is not as bad, I'm am just not sure how to find the right coordinates for this. I have one person on the upper left coordinates 0,0. I want the other image to be opposite of that, upper right not center. I just wanted to know if anyone new the coordinates for that or had any ideas.

I added images in case visual aid was needed.- note If attachment doesn't work I have the screen shot temporarily on another link if someone needs that.

If this topic is in the wrong section, please let me know, I was a bit confused by the different threads. I'm also slightly new to forums in general but, I wasn't sure if this was considered an elaborate issue or script issue.

If some one can help me I would greatly appreciate it thank you very much.
