Edit: I fixed it by just removing it from the Item menu in Yanfly's list. It was already in the main menu where no errors occur - didn't need it in both places =3 MOG's wallpaper + Yanfly Item = Good Yanfly Item + Kread's Synthesis = Good MOG's wallpaper + Kread's Synthesis = MOG error on Line 139

Opening "Synthesis" from the Item menu works fine. It's when I return to the previous screen does the error come up.


I have no clue how scripts work, but I'm hoping it's an easy fix, and I'd love any help you might have!

Edit: I'd like to point out that it doesn't seem to be Yanfly's Item menu causing the issue (maybe it was a "middle man" error). The Synthesis screen doesn't utilize MOG's wallpaper...
