hi I make some minigame by custom select able window and got a problem {

I make some minigame by custom select able window
and got a problem

I want the rect to go abve image but can't find away to do it
even if I draw img befor rect it still go under

and the minigame is for connect the pipe so a space to show rect bigger make it feel not work
