Summary
Alrighty... First off, yes, Baka to Test is an anime, but It's got a little battle 'theme' in it that in my opinion, would look nice in a game. And hello! I've never requested a script so I may have forgotten something. So...Here's what I'd like: A turn based Linear Battle system(?) (Not LMBS!) that has a battle layout like this:

And hello! I've never requested a script so I may have forgotten something.
So...Here's what I'd like:
A turn based Linear Battle system(?) (Not LMBS!) that has a battle layout like this:

The way I'd like the players to be animated would be like this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3SUWRy-SQU
(Start at 1:30 for the battle)
I don't need the characters to shift to the enemy to attack, so that could be optional .
Here are the things that I want to be 'animated' or... static, but with a different pose for different actions:
Conclusion!:
I know this a been a bit of a post, but I think this battle system would 'inspire' me and others who could use this to start drawing and making custom
characters to give more of a 'your kind of story' feel to their future game(s).
Thank you for reading all/ enough of this request aannd good day (and of course, I can wait)!

- Of course, I dont need the people in the background, just the normal battleback.
- Also dont need the picture at the bottom- middle.
- The Attack/Defend/etc. HUD would be where that picture at the bottom-middle section is
- Dont need the stars in the middle of the screen.
- What I do want to keep is the Player/ Enemy name and HP/MP in the same format. Just like [(Name) HP 100/ MP 50
- The sprites to be static posing but only animate with certain actions like attack/defend/ etc.
- Same old up to 4 party members
- Characters and enemies all formatted in a straight line like in the picture.
- Skill animations to be displayed over character/ enemy.

Here are the things that I want to be 'animated' or... static, but with a different pose for different actions:
- Waiting pose
- Attack
- Defend
- Hit
- Certain skill animation as in... lets say you have 2 skills 'Punch' and 'Kick' Punch uses -pose: Punch- put in the skill notetag and -pose:Kick- put in the skill notetag. In the configuration you can choose custom poses for those skills, which is where the -pose: ___- comes from
- Item
- Low Hp
- Healed
- Defeated/K.O.
Conclusion!:
