Select characters by touch in battle target selection.

Features
- Character/ enemy selection with touch control
- Parameter for cursor position adjustment
- Control the speed for rotation/ animation width
- You can use your own image file for select cursor, you have to set it in parameter with Name
-- If you don't have an image, it'll look like this by default
