Hi all! I've been playing around with mapping in XP and I've come up against a bit of an issue. I'm hoping it's one of those things that I am tired and someone will point out some stupid thing I've neglected, lol, because I cannot for the life of me sort it out.

In this pic, the first shot is in game. You can see how the roof is messed up. But I can't sort out why. The tile that is showing is on the middle layer and the top layer tile is not showing, or not showing properly. Any help as to what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
