I made my tiles on MS Paint and then made them 8 bit through paint.net, I manage to import them and it worked but im having some issues

my first problem is the floor tiles dont show and there is a screen over the first layer

and the second layer the set player cant walk over certain tiles that are meant to be walked over

if i can get some simple instructions i would appreciate it, thank you!
