Summary

But just recently noticed this while doing the test play as well as the actual game in rpg maker 2003 (Using the steam version but when i do a test play the volume control shows up then all of the sudden. For some reason this did'nt happen before. I've posted a link to a screenshot of the issue here. EDIT: Think i figured out the problem turns out HP mediasmart was causing it at start up so i went to msconfig and disabled Mediasmart and restarted. Since there no issues...
