Hi everyone, so I made a thing.
An RMMV plugin to customize your title screen!

Brief overview of the current plugin features:

1. Window Title Command customization.
   1. Layout
   2. Position
   3. Background Type
   4. Window skin Choice
   5. Icons
   6. Exit command
2. Title Text customization.
3. Custom text labels with customization.
4. Overlays or vignettes.
5. Scrolling overlays and title background (parallaxes). New!

Features to add:

• Window Title Command cursor and text effects on hover.
• Title text color gradient.
• Tweening or easing animations.
• Custom pictures or sprites.
• Many more! I'll try to implement your ideas too.

Known Compatibilities and Incompatibilities:
None yet! It'll be helpful if people help me test it especially with commonly used plugins such as Yanfly's hehe.

It's still in very early development so you can expect many updates (hopefully).
