In real, this circular menu is smoother with glow effect, unlike my SDJB_htmlMenu,
menu commands must be defined!

But also have a new option "color" that MUST exist.

Able to disable (base color #BBBBBB ) and main color you set in the command.
Able to enable the command.
Able to change label names from ??? to whatever you want too.

disable labels cannot be clicked on, and activated labels closes on triggering the command.
This require JS code: SceneManager.push(Scene_Item) or code to target the common Event.
