I've been trying to use RPGMaker 2003 to make a short little project, but for some reason the in-game skills are all disabled. Well, except for the ones that cost 0 MP. It was working fine a while ago, I didn't make any major edits to skills. Just edits on events or the surroundings. I can't find any options that have any relations to skills, and it wasn't an event.
