INTRODUCTION
This scr-- plugin makes your characters move up/down depending on the region they're over. It also moves smoothly from one position to another, as much as regular old movement does I mean. I took advantage that the distancePerFrame is normalized, so it was fecking easy peasy lemon squeezy. Anyway.

INSTRUCTIONS
Configure height for each region you want to have a height by using the plugin manager. Any region not included there will use zero as height.
In order to make an event ignore the region heights, put <noRH> in the notetags.
