Summary

I don't really know where specifically i could post about this kind of discussion... It's not my development or something. but I found out someone (InabaByakko of whiterabbit) is making a Bone Animation Plugin and it's already on demo. I Think it's using OPTPiX SpriteStudio. for making the animations.
