Use this plugin to specify how many times more experience party members get relative to the main characters level.
This plugin will ensure lower leveled party members that join the party later will quickly catch up with the main characters level.
Specify in the parameters how many times more experience you would like at each level.
There are three levels:
1. Activated when a party member has a level 0-50% of the main characters level.
2. Activated when a party member has a level 51-75% of the main characters level.
3. Activated when a party member has a level 76-99% of the main characters level.
(The "Main character" is always actor 1)
The effects can be turned off via a plugin command for high experience/boss battles.

1.1 - Added a parameter to allow for customization of the victory message.
2.0 - Major overhaul of multiplier calculations, players are less likely to overtake main characters level and it should be easier to balance. An off switch was added to the parameters. for use with boss battles or other high experience battles that might throw the balance off.
