Hello! this is an answer to my own thread i made 2 days ago (lol). i found the solution myself and i want to help other folks that may need this.. Alternative tittle to this thread could be "(it will take a long time, be patient.)" Lets get started! (i am using MZ but i am sure it works with MV too).

Lets get started! (i am using MZ but i am sure it works with MV too).
i will add step photos later but for now, only text.
You will need:
2) Install it and let it download everything it tells you it needs.

3)Find SKD Manager Menu

4) From your RPG maker project, Open the RPG Maker MZ/MV game project
and click "File" > "Deployment…", select "Web Browsers / Android / iOS".
5) Have unzipped Madson's file, "RPG-Maker-Android-App-main file".
6) Open Android Studio.
7) Open the "RPG-Maker-Android-App-main" folder.
Let it scan the files (it will take a long time, be patient.)
8) Copy everything inside from your game's folder.
9) At Android studio in "assets" right-click the "www" and click paste (your game files).
Let it scan the files (it will take a long time, be patient.)
10) Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" then "Sync Project with Gradle Files".
Let it scan the files (it will take a long time, be patient.)
and then Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" again and "Save all".
11) Inside "assets" > "www" > "js" then find "rmmz_managers.js" and double click it.
Press Ctrl and F and paste this code:
12) When it find it, replace it with this one:
13) Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" then "Sync Project with Gradle Files".
Let it scan the files (it will take a long time, be patient.)
and then Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" again and "Save all".
14) Those are the main settings for you game to be playable. There 2 more optional extra steps
(Change the APK name and Icon) if you want to skip those, go to step (20).
15) To change your Application's name go to:
"res" > "values"
Find "strings.xml" then right click and "Open Translations Editor".
In the "Default Value" box, edit the name you want to be.
16) Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" then "Sync Project with Gradle Files".
Let it scan the files (it will take a long time, be patient.)
and then Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" again and "Save all".
17) To change your Application's icon go to:
"res" > find "mipmap" right click and delete.
18) Right click on "res" and then select New > Image Asset.
at the path choose the photo you want, edit it, click next and then Finish.
19) Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" then "Sync Project with Gradle Files" .
Let it scan the files (it will take a long time, be patient.)
and then Go to Android Studio's toolbar, click "File" again and "Save all".
20) To generate the APK,
Go to toolbar Click "Build" and then "Generate App Bundles or APKs" and then "Generate APKs"
Wait till it finishes (it will take a long time, be patient.)
And it will show you a notification that it's ready, select locate, find the "app-debug.apk" and that's your game!
Move it onto your phone, install it (let Google Play scan it) and it should be working.

- and most importantly, This File by Madson.
