Allows control of the selection cursor's blinking.
Functionality:
If you want your cursor to not blink at all (and just stay constantly highlighted), set Allow Cursor Blink to Don't Blink/false.
If you want your cursor to blink faster, set Cursor Blink Rate to a lower number (but higher than 1).
If you want your cursor to blink slower, set Cursor Blink Rate to a higher number.
Examples:
Fast = 20 Medium/Default = 40 Slow = 80
If you want your cursor to stay highlighted for longer before blinking, set Cursor Blink Pause to how many frames you want the cursor to stay highlighted each blinking cycle.
