Have you ever wished that anybody could secretly infect a foe with a state that takes some time to clearly manifest its symptoms on a given hero or mobster?
Guess what, guys?
Now you can do it!
NOTE: Basic attacks, Skills and even Items may do the job here!
And you are free to blame any government or mad scientist in your fantasy or sci-fi game for it! XD
Update!
There is a way to stay away from such worrisome states!
Just equip an accessory that blocks them all!
