Community purpose

BMMPLAY is built for creativity, communication, and community. Members must respect other people, their rights, their privacy, and their safety.

Usernames and authentic identity

BMMPLAY encourages members to use distinctive usernames, artist names, or stage names. Using your own real name is welcome but is not required for your public profile. Whatever name you choose, your profile must be honest about who operates it and must not mislead people into believing you are another person, celebrity, public figure, artist, organization, or brand.

A fan, parody, commentary, or tribute account must be unmistakably labeled in its display name and profile description, must not use a confusingly identical presentation, and must not imply official affiliation or endorsement.

Not allowed

• Threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, sexual abuse, or content that creates a credible safety risk.
• Impersonation; deceptive use of another person's name, likeness, photos, biography, or branding; deceptive demo profiles; or false claims of affiliation or endorsement.
• Fraud, spam, scams, metric manipulation, or coordinated abuse.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized personal information, or content you do not have permission to share.
• Malware, security bypasses, credential collection, illegal sales, or attempts to evade enforcement.
• Content or conduct that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, or endangers a minor.

Reporting and enforcement

Use a BMMPLAY report form to identify the profile, username, content, product, or behavior and explain what happened. For an impersonation or rights claim, include enough information to show the account is misleading and your connection to the affected identity or rights. Do not post identity documents publicly or make knowingly false reports.

BMMPLAY reviews context and may request reasonable private proof of identity, authorization, trademark, name-or-likeness, or other applicable rights. BMMPLAY may remove profile elements or content, change or release a username, limit features, warn members, suspend or delete accounts, reassign a username to a verified person, organization, or authorized representative when appropriate, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the available support process.
