What BmmPoints are

BmmPoints are limited, revocable platform rewards provided for eligible activity or promotions. They are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored value, a bank account, an investment, or a security.

Limits

Unless BMMPLAY expressly states otherwise in a specific written offer, BmmPoints cannot be withdrawn for cash, transferred outside approved features, sold, or used outside BMMPLAY. They do not represent ownership of BMMPLAY or a promise of profit.

Errors and misuse

BMMPLAY may correct, withhold, reverse, or remove BmmPoints obtained through error, fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized automation, or rule violations.

Expiration and account closure

BmmPoints currently do not expire solely because time passes or an account is inactive. They remain subject to correction, reversal, forfeiture on account closure or termination, and any future program change disclosed as required by law.

Unused BmmPoints may be forfeited when an account is closed or terminated except where applicable law requires otherwise. BMMPLAY may modify or discontinue the program after providing any notice required by law.
