Who this agreement covers

This Seller Agreement applies when a BMMPLAY member lists, licenses, or sells a product through BMMPLAY. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Seller promises

• You own or have permission to sell every file and element in the listing.
• Descriptions, previews, prices, license terms, and required disclosures are accurate.
• The product is not illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unsafe.
• You will provide reasonable support and cooperate with valid refund, chargeback, tax, safety, and legal reviews.

Fees and payouts

The current marketplace configuration deducts a 10% platform commission from each tracked seller item total. A separately configured featured-artist share may also be deducted from post-commission seller earnings when an eligible approved artist is selected.

Sellers may request a payout when their payable cash earnings balance is over $100.

Payouts may be delayed, held, adjusted, or reversed when reasonably necessary for approved refunds, chargebacks, fraud, taxes, legal obligations, or account review.

Review and enforcement

BMMPLAY may review, reject, hide, or remove listings and may restrict seller access for rule violations, rights disputes, safety risks, fraud, or legal requirements. Seller obligations that logically continue after suspension or termination remain enforceable.
