Use a BMMPLAY report form and provide the relevant profile, content, product, or family-tree reference, what happened, when it happened, and optional evidence. Reports receive a reference number. BMMPLAY may contact you for more information. Choose the impersonation or username category when available. Include the profile address, the name or identity being copied, why the profile is likely to mislead people, and your relationship to the affected person, organization, or rights holder. If BMMPLAY requests proof of identity or authorization, submit it privately through the requested channel and do not post it publicly. BMMPLAY reviews these reports case by case. A matching name alone does not automatically prove impersonation or ownership of a username. Relevant factors may include misleading presentation, verification, authorization, established use, trademark or name-and-likeness rights, safety, and applicable law. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. BMMPLAY reporting tools are not emergency services. Report suspected child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or immediate danger promptly. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected abusive material. Preserve only safe identifying information such as the profile or content location and report it. BMMPLAY may preserve evidence, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, make required reports, or cooperate with lawful requests. A report does not guarantee a specific outcome or response time. Safety contact: Contact BMMPLAY.
